EU Cars

I have paid for the car etc.. and i have the tracking number. This what it says:

Service: Truck Platform Transport
Content: Mercedes-Benz C220 CDI
Declared Value: ****00 GBP
Tracking Number: *******
Status of inspection: OK
This car was sent on : In custody

You will be notified with an email 2 days before of the arrival of the package.
It has been 2-3weeks now.
Then it says the sender’s address details and my name. But they havnt got back to me or anything none of them have. Where do i find there number from its not on the website.
